Return Policy

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO READ THIS ENTIRE POLICY

The Glamorous Bride.com LLC goal is to provide premium products at inexpensive prices. However, if you are not content with your product(s), please take a few minutes to review our return and exchange policy.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY: WHAT YOU CAN RETURN BY WHEN & HOW?

New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or full refund, minus shipping costs. (Note: Some items may have seperate Return Policies, be sure to check on the individual page of the item that you purchase if it has a seperate Return Policy.) When returning items, always remember to return them in the original packaging that they arrived to you in.

All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below). Please write this clearly on the outside of the package or box that you are returning. NO EXEMPTIONS!

For your security, we suggest our customers use a shipping company with options that allow you to track your package, such as, UPS or FedEx. This will only guarantee your return gets handled safely.

Please note that it can take 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they have arrived at our Customer Service Center.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

In instances where a return or exchange is necessary because of our error, we’ll gladly pay the shipping costs associated with the return. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren’t theirs.

When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the items, less the original shipping fee and/or less a 25% restocking fee.

Returns that are received in excess of 30 days from the original delivery date, but within 45 days of delivery, shall be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that not all returns will be accepted for credit; this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Again, the “No Re-stocking Fee” offer applies only to returns or exchanges received by us within 30 days of the actual delivery date. Any violation of the above condition voids the “No Restocking Fee” offer.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted after 45 days, calculated from the delivery date.

EXCHANGES

If you have received defective merchandise, and would like to exchange it for the same item, or if you would simply like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original (or defective) merchandise to us. You may then place another order for the item(s) you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item(s) back before placing the new order, however, any credit that you would receive from the return will not go into effect until the item has been received and inspected by us.

RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-866-344-0274, Mon.-Fri., 8:30am to 5:30pm (EST) or click here to submit a RMA request. Please indicate your order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange.

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:
  • Personalized items (“custom made” will appear on the product detail page)
  • All edible merchandise; such as Cookies/mints.
  • Consumables such as wedding bubbles.
  • Cameras and other film products
  • Closeout items
PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
  • Most items returned more than 30 days after delivery (A 25% TO 50% restocking fee will be applied)
  • Items not returned in the condition received
 
The Glamorous Bride.com LLC is not responsible for any damages caused by any return shippers used by customers to exchange or return items.
